Booking Fee
A non refundable booking fee will be paid at time of booking. Refunds will only be given if LIC cancels the session. In the event LIC cancels all efforts will be made to reschedule. Booking fees may be transferred to alternative date. LIC requires 48 hours notice if Client is unable to make the session. Late arrivals will incur a reduced session time.
Prints
All images produced by LIC are done on a fully calibrated monitor, and all prints from LIC’s dedicated lab will be a true reflection of the editing carried out by LIC. LIC will not be held responsible for variances in images caused by Clients viewing images on non calibrated screens or prints/products produced from other print labs.
Subjects
Due to the willingness of subjects and in the event of uncooperative children/persons at any session of any kind, for any reason, LIC may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for maintaining control and safety of all children at all sessions. LIC will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries.
Artistic Rights & Image Handling
All Images are chosen by LIC to create Clients gallery. All galleries are final. Raw files will not be given. Galleries will be available to view and download for 7 days, failure to choose images and galleries needing to be re-uploaded will result in a £15 charge. LIC does not store client photos. The Client is responsible for downloading and safe keeping their images.
Camera policy
Cameras, camera phones, camcorders or any other recording equipment is NOT permitted during any session in the studio, without the express permission of LIC.
Fulfilment of Obligations
a) LIC shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil its obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond its control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury.
b) The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as LIC’s professional expertise determines.
c) In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by either party or in any other circumstances the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Privacy policy
LIC will never share, or allow to be accessed, shared or distributed, any personal or contact information of any client or enquiry obtained by any means.
Galleries
The Client will pay for an agreed amount of digitals to be downloaded from their gallery. No screenshots, downloading or editing of watermarked images is permitted.
Copyright and reproduction
a) Copyright is retained by LIC at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of LIC. This includes saving, screen grabbing and downloading from Facebook or other social media.
b) The Client may not alter or add to or manipulate a picture by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without LIC’s written permission.
Client’s Usage.
The Client shall only use the prints, including digital files, in accordance with the permissions within this agreement and act within the accordance of the Print Release. The Client’s prints are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use or authorise any reproductions by parties other than the Photographer.
Use of pictures
LIC appreciates Clients permission for the use of images for the purposes of sales, advertising or promotion, of its work. If you would prefer you can request to opt out.
Health
The health & wellbeing of my clients, especially newborns is paramount. Please do not arrive for your session if you are unwell with any cold/flu symptoms. Your session will be rescheduled.
Accidents/Injuries
LIC ensures that all photoshoots meet health and safety standards. Client accepts that LIC shall not be held accountable for any accident or injury that may arise from the participation of the activity (photoshoot) including but not limited to, injury, illness, choking, food allergy, latex allergy, accidental fall.
Cake Smash
A £100 non refundable fee will be taken at time of booking.
LIC’s All in One package provides a 6 inch buttercream cake to client for their cake smash session. By booking and paying the deposit the client agrees and accepts the risk of food allergies/intolerances and that LIC will not be held responsible for any allergy/reaction.
Cake will include but is not limited to Wheat, Gluten. Dairy, may contain traces of nuts,
Flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar & food colouring.
Cake designs may vary and cake toppers are NOT included to take home.
LIC’s All in One package includes a embroidered baby vest for client for cake smash session. Styles may vary. Hats, bows, braces, shorts, tutus are available for use for the duration of the shoot butane NOT included to take home.
COVID-19
a) All bookings are subject to government guidelines regarding Covid -19. Should your session be unable to go ahead, it will be rescheduled as soon as it is safe to do so.
b) While every safety precaution is taken to minimise risk, by placing a booking Client accepts that LIC will not be held responsible for any infection of COVID-19 after Clients session of any kind.
